Super impressed with Brako! They we careful and exact in their work. Mom does the books and installation was done by a friendly father and son team. Son works harder than the dad but it all seems to work.

I had four windows installed. Three basement and one main floor.The entire process was positive. The quote was detailed and sent via email.The Duxton windows look amazing. I'm very pleased with the install of the windows. They arrived on time to install the windows. Cleaned up after themselves.I would use them again and highly recommend them as well.

We used Brako to install our windows are our previous house in 2015 after much research. They did an excellent job (installed Duraco windows), and were available for a couple minor tweaks when needed.When we moved to a new house that needed window replacement last year (2018), we called Anita at Brako given our previous experience. Once again, the whole process was fantastic. The quote was reasonable, and the service was awesome, and the crew was courteous, clean, and always professional. This time we had fiberglass Duxton windows installed.It really showed how much they care about perfection when Anita called prior to install to suggest a modification on our order. She suggested one of our front bedroom windows receive slightly different casing to make it look symmetrical. She even was able to reference similar house styles in our neighborhood which had not had this done and looked a bit skewed. It was a great follow up and clearly showed they cared about the end result.I decided to finally write a review (should have earlier) when we had an issue on New Year's Eve. When the temps plummeted, we had one of our picture windows crack on the interior pane. It was a warranty issue, but still a concern. I contacted Anita, and within 3 hours (on NYE) we had our replacement pane ordered and scheduled for install. It was installed yesterday (only 8 days later!) and looks perfect. That's a shout out to both Brako and Duxton.Truly a reputable and trustworthy group that is a pleasure to deal with.

Had them replace old caulking around windows of my house. They did a great job in a timely fashion with no mess for me to clean up. The two gentlemen that did the work were friendly and knowledgable. Would definitely use them again.
