Tried to buy a snowplow, but poor communication. A staff, named Yoryi, gave me his email then he responded only to 1 out of 6 of my emails. I eventually called. Then he would only quote me on a Boss plow even though Para Mech is a dealer for 5 different manufacturers.

Good fast service and had what I needed on hand
