I love the convience of the meals my husband travels alot and cooking for one can sometimes lead to eating the same meal over and over. I've been enjoying Nook's ready-made meals for two weeks now and absolutely loving it. Similar to Sakara Life in the United States, I love how Madi creates these meals using organic and, when possible, local ingredients. As a young professional in Toronto, sometimes I don't have time to cook meals. So being able to make sure I'm eating even when I'm slammed with back to back meetings is so helpful. Highly recommend!

Fresh variety of choices each week, plus favourite popular meals. This keeps it interesting and not stagnant like some plant based meal programs that recycle through same few recipes over and over. The portions are hearty and you feel satisfied, never hungry. I like to order when I have a busy week coming up, knowing that I have meals ready to eat is a great help to my day.

I’ve done several juice cleanses over the years and decided I needed a little more healthy choices in my life. I looked through the premade meal menu and decided to give it a try. Madi also sets time aside to talk to her clients about their food choices, where they are coming from and what they are looking to gain. I found that super helpful. I am not a vegan or vegetarian; however, I need more vegetables and clean eating in my hectic life. So far, I have not been disappointed! If you are looking for quick and super healthy meals ready to go - look no further!

This service is revolutionary for my wife and I. With 2 young kids and limited time to sit down and plan meals, get groceries, then cook everything every day, this kind of thing makes our lives so much easier. And it's nothing like the other meal order services like Good Food or Hello Fresh. Instead of giving you the ingredients and the recipe to make it yourself, Nook delivers already cooked meals that you literally just need to warm up. They're incredibly healthy, delicious, and easy. It's a no brainer for us.
