I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Royal Honda. The staff is warm and inviting. My technician, Gavyn, was friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. I am very happy and would not hesitate to take my vehicle there for any future maintenance. Thank you Royal Honda :)

My wife attended a funeral in Yorkton with a newborn and a 2-year old when her e-brake seized, locking the tires. She had it towed to Honda on Monday, but they were more interested in getting the large delivery of new vehicles on the lot than helping her get back home. I understand that they had other appointments and it's the tail end of the tire-swapping season but the service manager could not have cared less and made zero effort to be helpful. Even if not a single mechanic could work an extra 30 minutes, I know if it were my appointment delayed a day to help a stranded out-of-town motorist with a baby and a toddler, I would have been fine to push it. Not only did they not look at it Tuesday, but Wednesday they said definitely not today

Everyone was very friendly as soon as I walked through the door, I felt like a priority and I had 100% of their attention. They answered all my questions and were no stranger to small talk which was nice. I felt like they wanted me to be in the best car possible.

My experience at Royal Honda at my last service visit was excellent. I had fantastic customer service, friendly and it was great to work with someone who is familiar and has worked in the service dept. for a long time. This provides a more personal touch.

i just sold my car to the dealership. AWESOME customer service! it took me a bit to get the money sent over but they were very patient with me and let me keep the vehicle there. thank you Jed Reyes for the awesome service, very friendly and super helpful! really nice to deal with!

The receptionist is friendly and helpful The Service Department is very organized and communicate courteously.I appreciate the reminders by text and email.The service staff are friendly and efficient.Work is done well in a timely manner

Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had buying a vehicle. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and I did not encounter any of the pressure tactics you sometimes get from dealerships. I really felt they were willing to work with me to get the price to where I was comfortable and gave me fair value for my trade in. Highly recommend!
