Just wanted to pop on here to say that Samira is amazing at the Canada Post counter! She takes her time to help out when there isn’t a line and offers the best advice for shipping packages. Always super helpful!

The dosage on one of my medications increased substantially and the pharmacist asked me if it was a mistake. I appreciate them paying attention and taking the time to ensure it was correct. Thanks.

Smaller mini location, but not always a bad thing. It's nice not having to walk through the maze that is the fragrance section just to buy some q tips. They also have a Canada post. Jennifer is a very patient attendant at that counter.

Edit: after some time, I am updating my review from 1 star to 3 as it seems the pharmacy staff at this location has improved slightly from a customer service perspective. I also wanted to add that from a dispensing perspective, the service has been mostly good. There have been occasions where I had to wait a few days for an order to be filled but on others I've been advanced a few doses of something while waiting for a refill.I’m required to put a star despite the fact that my experiences warrant zero.Note that this rating relates to the pharmacy ONLY. I have nothing bad to say about the SDM associates.My experiences with the pharmacy have been limited to three individuals - all of which were unpleasant and made me feel like I’m wasting their time; an older woman, a younger man with glasses, and a middle aged man with glasses. There is no feeling like I’m being cared for by these people. They are simply taking orders and cannot be bothered to even smile. You are virtually ignored until it’s your turn and even then it’s unclear when it is your turn because if you look young, you are served last.I’m particularly annoyed by the fact that I went in to pick up a medication for my 5yo which was only available in pill form. I was expected to give him half a pill and when I asked the younger tech if I could break these, he said no because they are not scored and I would have to buy a pill splitter and split them on my own. Okay. Fine. But in contract, my usual pharmacy (Medi-Shop on Wilson Ave) provided me with this medication PRE-CUT in anticipation of the difficulty without my even asking about it or commenting. This is the difference between going to Shoppers Drug Mart Pharmacies where you are just another dollar sign vs. a family-run compounding pharmacy where the level of care just cannot be beat.

On Oct. 16th, 2021 I was there to do a PCR test. The staff ( a young lady) was very mean to me and so slow. She lacks customer oriented skills.Should be trained properly. She does not seem to fit in the Canadian culture.Instead of making my day, she ruined it.

Its nice having food basics and shoppers beside each other, often times they both have sale on item that the other one might not be having at that time. they can offer very steep sale at times, no not the gimmick ones but where they chop the price off 60-80% sometimes, like dove soap bars which normally cost a pretty penny i picked up a dozen as they offered i believe 60% discount, but these kind of sale happen fairly regularly.They also have a neat Canada Post here in the corner as well as a pharmacy, The younger gentlemen at the Canada post, Leo is always very friendly and helpful, and generally the staffs here give you a smile at the counter.

Martha is genuinely a lovely employee and person. Helped me when I was lost and very friendly!

Hey Shoppers, the pharmacy has rude staff. They answer simple questions is a doll and rude way. You’re getting reviews for the whole branch but pay attention to the reviews for pharmacy. These people hate their job.
