Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Due to sudden possible critical illness I became unable to drive rental vehicle and I was told no one else could drive the vehicle and had no way to return said vehicle. A week later I was told someone could drive it in an emergency or to return the vehicle. Finally found someone who was able to return the car but there was no way for them to return home. He was told Not my problem".How's that for great customer service?"

Great costumer service. I stayed a bit outside of Bracebridge and needed a car to go x-country skiing. Even though it was a 20 min ride I got picked up and dropped off at the end by the lovely staff. I also got an upgrade. I don’t think they knew it was my birthday that week but they definitely contributed to me having a wonderful birthday. I would always go back and rent there again.

Very happy with the service. I got a new Nissan Murano that was very comfortable and reliable. After using for a few days there was a last minute change of plans that necessitated me dropping it off 150km from Pearson International where I first collected it.I did spend some time, on the phone, trying to get through to the airport desk and ended up going through customer service, but in the end it was no problem.Just be aware the airports seem to use a different system to book the cars from other (non-airport) locations. They were able to see the initial booking and log the drop off. I think I would have been nervous with charges if this wasn't clarified by customer service (that there were none) prior to dropping off. As a result I am very happy to recommend and use this service again.

Service was exceptional... the person working was literally alone and when our car had broken down and he went out of his way and came and pick us up from the highway we were stuck on..

When renting a car, be sure to speak directly with Enterprise Bracebridge. When I called the (local) number and followed the prompts for reserving a rental, my booking was confirmed. Apparently, I was speaking with central booking. Two minutes later, I received a call directly from the branch saying no vehicles were available for the next 5 days. How to speak with them? Call the number and press 4 to speak with someone from the local branch. To avoid the hassle of going through an automated booking call loop, follow the prompts for other" and you will be connected to someone at the local branch. I would give my experience 1 star because it was incredibly frustrating

For a small town location was happy with the selection. The staff were great. Usually I find rental staff unfriendly but that was not the case here. They even called before the booking to make sure everything was in order and offer and alternative pick up time given I was picking up first thing on Saturday and they had the car ready the night before.

Refused to honour my reservation through a 3rd party booking. Told me they had no cars. Lied about trying to reach me earlier and were caught in that lie when I asked what number/email they used. Offered 0 help to try to rectify the situation. Wil not recommend

I had an accident with my car and needed a rental while it was being repaired. Even with there being severe supply issues all over North America this office, made sure that I had a rental vehicle as quickly as possible. I even had help from a representative in the Huntsville office. The staff are always so professional and helpful and is one reason why I've been dealing with Enterprise Canada for my temporary vehicle needs for over 35 years. No other car rental company can match their service.

I had such a great experience with the young gentlemen who had assisted me, but the woman truly needs an attitude check.She was quite rude and has 0 people skills.I hope during our next interaction she’ll be more personable. I was very very upset.

We had a reservation for a car and Enterprise dropped my reservation and gave it to someone else. They said they called me when they cancelled me. I did not receive that call. They didn't care that they left us stranded 3 hours away from our home.
