Terrible service, Owner/manager has the nerve to yell at a customer all over a refund. Tax errors that they made last year, are now costing me over $1000. So much for that Liberty tax service 100% accuracy guarantee. oh and did i mention its $200 for a simple tax return for a couple. file online you'll have better luck.

I had the misfortune of dealing with the owner, who took it upon herself to make really insulting and inappropriate comments about my financial situation. She was also going to charge me $115 for a single return, then, when questioned said she would give me a deal of $95 (which is the actual cost) because I had a bad year". I do not recommend this place to anyone!!"

Showed up with out a single t4 anfter being lost when i moved was super help and extremely patient had to file 4 years and got 4grand back ....way better than any H & R block ive ever been too

Do not go see Linda Bot at liberty tax. She refuse to pay her employees, she can't do a tax return to save her life... DO NOT GO SEE LINDA BOT

Don't go here. They are WAY overpriced and won't get you any more than you would get if you filed for free using TurboTax. If you really don't want to file on your own, go somewhere else because they want $162 for a simple tax return. That's $100 more than i've ever paid anyone else to do my taxes
