I have been attending the Hamilton pain clinic for 3 years. Dr. Z has been my doctor for over 5 years. (2 years in another city). The staff are friendly and very good at what they do. Donna The head of the clinic staff had never been anything but nice to all patients and co-workers. She runs a tight ship. I have never heard her EVER discussing patient openly or being rude to co-workers. Days when I have trouble walking they even run my prescriptions to the pharmacy for me abd help me out

I have chronic pain in my back from different layers of arthritis in my lower back most weekends the pain is very bad but on Monday afternoon the pain is all most gone by getting injections. They really know how to ease the pain

Excellent office/support staff. FANTASTIC physicians with extensive knowledge of pain and pain control. Very comprehensive initial consultation. I'm FINALLY able to get some pain relief after over a decade dealing with two spinal cord injuries!!!Thank you guys!!! ♡

The building is a little sketch. That being said, the absolute best service I have had from a medical professional in many years. I had X-rays taken 6 months ago not even my family doctor explained them to me. Here they took the time to read my x-rays, report and explain what that meant to me. Doctor Chan was amazing.

The doctors are incredible and the procedures they use amazing.....My concern is the pettiness of the reception staff and thier unprofessional antics.....I have seen first hand how one named Donna is rude and unforgiving towards fellow workers and talksabout paients. Very sad in a professional work place.

Had visited doctor at this clinic sevral times for injections for my back pain. The building a bit dated but staff and doctors are very good and helpful.
