Cute products but the staff are not friendly or helpful. Asked if they had a product, was told yes but the sales lady just stared back. I then had to ask to see it... awkward... as if I was asking for any other reason than wanting to see the product or purchase?

Really disappointed in the service at this store. We placed an order over six weeks ago online for a crib, and one of the staff “accidentally” clicked “ready for pickup” in the system, charging our card and notifying us, when the crib wasn’t ready for pickup. To rectify the situation, they had to cancel the order outright after we’d already waited a few weeks. When I got frustrated with the employee who called me, Brad, he got defensive and said I didn’t have reason to be upset. Trey the store manager was excellent in getting us back on track, ordering a new crib for us direct to the store, but I just called for a status update and Jen, a different employee, was incredibly rude. Short, dismissive and said I was inconveniencing her when “they were very busy.” For a product that costs nearly $2000 you’d think they would be a little bit more friendly with customers. And I still don’t have a crib. Really disappointing because I always admired their products but not sure I will shop there for baby after the crib is delivered.

I was sold the wrong part for a furniture item that I now cannot use as intended, and the store was unwilling to exchange the part that I DID NOT purchase. I just wanted the item I actually DID purchase. When my issue was sent to the district manager, she also said she's unwilling to assist. I've contacted customer support who also ignored my emails. This company is atrocious and service levels are appalling. How this company is still in business is beyond me. Don't spend your money here as you definitely will not be getting what you paid for. Quite literally in my case.

I went there yesterday and the staff is really rude, when we look around the staff tell ask don’t touch the bedding? Excuse me? I only can see and no touch how could I knew the quality? And why should I pay for it? It’s a really bed experience in this store! The owner should consider to pay more attention on customer service.

I called to inquire about delivery services to Sudbury, ON, or pick up options for large furniture items and was told that delivery is the only option, starting at something like $300 for people living in Toronto and over $700 for Sudbury. When I told her that I was very surprised to hear there are no other options, the customer service representative told me, very condescendingly, that their" customers are NOT surprised because they know this is a "white glove" service (and repeated the part about "their" customers two or three times). I felt this to be quite rude

We were browsing and enjoying our visit until one of the employees named Janette rushed towards us with a passive aggressive attitude, shaking her head in frustration and moving her hands in the air. Me, surprised, asked her if something was wrong? She replied with a condescending tone: Your child has destroyed my bed!" She was referring to the fact that my two year old son was trying out the junior bed

I had the pleasure of shopping at Pottery Barn Kids on Saturday, July 08, 2023 afternoon and wanted to take a moment to applaud the outstanding service provided by one of their staff members, Fiona.We visited with the intent of purchasing a new school bag for my son. Of course, any parent would know that it can be quite stressful trying to find the right bag that will withstand the rigors of school life while also appealing to your child’s personal style.This is where Fiona stepped in. She was patient and delightful as she helped my son browse through various styles and colors of bags.What truly distinguished her, however, was her attention to detail regarding size. She was well informed about each product’s dimensions and made sure my son’s choice fit him perfectly; ensuring it wasn’t too large or too small for his frame or his school essentials. This level of care is not something you get every day!She showcased professional product knowledge alongside a caring personality which made us feel valued and appreciated.

Beautiful store. Such gorgeous displays. Although the prices on products aren’t the lowest; they have such an incredible selection of unique cute items.No matter what your taste is in decor for your child; pottery barn kids has something hat will appeal to you...I love coming here. This is the definition of a beautiful, well merchandised store!

just go online and order you’ll have a better time and not have your day ruined by the rude staff. i also would highly suggest registering elsewhere because the staff will be rude to guests coming in to inquire and buy things from it. just spoke to the “manager” and the solution to the attitude my family has received was “well next time they can call and order on the phone”. unbelievable.

one star because the New Collections with the Backpacks from recycled material is completed disappointing, just look like plastic backpacks. I own two backpacks from your older collection 2020 christmas and two lunch bags and they rock are amazing nice quality material. Unfortunately the quality of the new collection is lower.
