Dr. Tuba Aksoy

She is a knowledge Doctor however does not follow up on her comments like sending requisitions. The Receiption never responds to your voice mail. They never pick up the phone… never. I had to go to doctors clinic to even get the requisition that was promised a week back. Very frustrating.

Horrible reception service, not patient centered. no one answers the calls! Once the call was answered finally, the clinic did not even know if my referral was received or not (they had not checked their fax!!!) and no one calls you back

Dr Aksoy was amazing to work with from start to finish. She is patient, supportive and extremely empathic. I truly could not ask for a better doctor to deliver my baby boy. Thank you so much Dr Aksoy, I will never forget my experience with you and your staff. <3

Dr. Aksoy looked after me during my 2nd pregnancy and ended up delivering my son. And she was amazing! Great bedside manners, very respectful and supportive of my decisions, very attentive. She did such a wonderful job during the delivery, and my recovery was so easy. The only downside is that wait times are usually long

I am currently waiting to have surgery with Dr. Aksoy. I was told that the wait time for my surgery was 6 months to 1 year. It has almost been two years now. The last time I spoke to someone (which I believe was in January 2023) they told me that I was the next person on the list. I have not heard anything. I have tried calling and left messages on May 25, May 30, and most recently June 12. Their voicemail says that they will return your call within 48 hours however I have yet to receive a call back. I hope that those working at the front desk realize the severity of their actions. I am a patient waiting for a surgery that is pertinent to my health. I am often in pain. Receiving an update as to when my surgery will be is important information for me to have. I hope that this post helps to evoke some change. At this point, I am thinking that the only way for me to communicate with someone is to show up at the office.

Dr. Aksoy is an extremely knowledgeable and amazing Doctor. One of the best doctors I have encountered in my life. She is empathetic, understanding and clears all your questions. She is warm, friendly, positive and a pleasant personality. I was very anxious about my first pregnancy before meeting her. But she counseled me and took all my worries. I knew me and my unborn child were in safe hands. Overall the best experience. I highly recommend her.

I had my first consultation with Dr. Aksoy, I absolutely love this lady, she is amazing, explains everything, takes her time with you. Great bed side manners, I felt so comfortable with her. I highly recommend her. Her secretary is a sweetheart, very kind and accommodating..

She will fight for you!!I came to Dr. Aksoy for second opinion. On the first meeting she told me what I wanted to hear- there is a solution. She tried different ways to solve my problem without going to surgery.. unfortunately we had no luck.On the day of my surgery She was 28 weeks pregnant and still fought that the surgery will be done laparoscopic (!!!) even when the stuff told her to give up- she never did.. for me.I’m now, after 6 weeks of rest, feeling amazing!!Dr. Aksoy gets 5 stars from me. And she earn every single one of them ❤️

Dr. Aksoy is amazing. She followed me for my frist pregnancy, and I always came with lots of questions. She gave me the time, patience, and answers I needed. She did not end up delivering baby, but I saw her at the hospital when I was in labour and just after I delivered, and I always felt like I had the best doctor I could ask for. She's amazing, incredibly relatable, trustworthy, and helpful. I needed referrals more than once, and I got them sooner than I could have even asked for - she was on top of everything. She was attentive, and I never felt like I had to tell the same story/details I had already told.It was near impossible to reach reception, which is the only reason for 4 stars. If I needed anything, I was out of luck. Luckily, I didn't frequently need to call, and I had a fairly flexible work schedule to work with the appointments given to me, since there weren't many options. I also asked for the gender of my baby to be given to me secretly (to do a small gender reveal). I asked for it to be written on a paper and placed in an enveloppe, or if they could call my mother or email her with my permission. For whatever reason, the reception staff didn't undertand this request. After days of going back and forth and them checking to see what they could do" they finally agreed to write the gender and give it to me in an envelope
