The lady at reception is not kind, she keeps you waiting despite having appointment. Walk in clinic should be more faster, kind to patients and transparent with the patients waiting.

I went for severe pain and the doctor's care was very basic... but her reaction when she saw that it was an infection was offensive to me. his treatment from then on was full of revulsion and he gave me a prescription as quickly as possible to be able to accompany me to the exit... in the end, a very poor review and a hasty diagnosis that made me have to find another specialist... lousy service, without human quality and zero empathy with patients

Don’t go here. Called this location before I arrived 3 times and each time it said your magicJack call could not be connected. Should have been my first sign but just thought I had the incorrect number. Then when I arrived before the closing time on the door the door were already locked and the receptionist refused to let me in. I was holding my 1 year old daughter who the appointment was for and she told me no I couldn’t come in. If you say you close at 6 you should be accepting patients until 6pm. Will never come back here and other shouldn’t waste their time either.

Doctor Hanna is a wonderful person. She has been my family's physician for more than six years. During which she has taken good care of myself and kids. She is very thorough in her work. She does everything in her power to provide the best health service possible. I definitely recommend her.

Worst clinic ever. Charge unreasonable fees, even for massage referral. When no one inside, the docs will still make you wait for more than 30 mins to an hour. Waste of time. Admin staff and docs are rude in general. They also like to schedule unnecessary appointment after lab test so that they can charge extra to the government. Don’t recommend to go

I had booked an appointment with Dr Hanna 2 days prior at noon. Despite of the appointment booked 2 days prior Dr Hanna doesn’t show up till 12.30pm. What’s a horrible experience for the 3rd time.Prior to this: her husband who is a doctor at the same clinic was so rude to my 6 yr old daughter. He didn’t allow her to sit on the bed and didn’t do a proper examination on her eye. My daughter had an eye infection for 1 week he said it was nothing and asked us to go home. One week later when the Eyes still didn’t get better I took my daughter to another dr as I didn’t have any faith in this guy. The other doctor immediately said that she had an eye infection and started her with drops. So lousy.. this person shouldn’t be a doctor.3 rd time : mismanagement of appointments this clinic has no system in place at all.This was my last visit ever at this place.

Been sitting outside of the clinic for an hour now, door has been locked the entire time with no one inside. Clinic doesn't close for another two hours. Receptionist is nowhere to be found.

The service provided by Dr Hanna was the worst...she had no knowledge on the issues I was having, continued no conversations or questions to check my health issues. She almost didn't even take a seat to hear my issue out until I paused for a while before continuing (so she could properly hear me and take a seat..). Very ignorant and non-knowledgeable and I would never recommend anyone to go here. I should've heard the previous reviews out, but I was in need of a consultation for the health issues I was having and managed to get a blood test referral out (which was all I needed). I will be sure to take my results somewhere else

I had to visit the clinic 2 times during my vacation in Canada (August 2019) and was very satisfied. Waiting time was only about 30 minutes, although I had no appointment (Fr/Sat noon, I made a phone call before to make sure). Both doctors where very sweet and had the right therapy/advices for me. I felt respected and taken seriously. Normally as a direct payer they try to make a lot of money with you, not of a bit here, the exact opposite. I like it when a doctor knows when it is better to send the patient to a more specialized doctor instead of trying it on his/her own. The ladies at the desk helped me to find the way to the hospital and to get all the paper I needed for my insurance.Pharmacy is directly in the Superstore. Several bus routes stop close to the clinic and there is a huge free parking area. In my opinion I would call it wheel-chair accessible (toilet, no steps, wide doors, ). Everything was clean and tidy.

The most awful experience I've ever had in Canada. Despite bad reviews on google, I went there simply to get a referral. Both the doc and receptionist were lack of professionalism and service minds. I wont visit there again.
