Staffs are friendly and they are prompt with appointments.They do an amazing job!One of my favourite spot to visit because they open early- gives me the opportunity to start my day earlier.

I don't normally get my nails done so I went with something simple. It was well done and very cute! The young lady who did my nails was very focused and made sure to ask me if everything was to my liking each step of the way, which is appreciated. She continually fixed mistakes and redid the flowers to make sure they were good. Someone beside me didn't like their end results and the lady promptly fixed it as the customer wanted, without resitance.They will happily redo or fix things. Communicate and they will provide!Pricing is good.I went with my sister and mother, they got fake nails instead. In my opinion, this salon is more skilled with simpler nail designs and are still practicing more complex nail art. I'd definitely come again and reccomend for casual, clean looks.

I have been going here for a year or so. Up until yesterday I was very happy with their service but extremely disappointed when I showed upFor my 6:00 pm appointment which I made over the phone with Po. I even commented that I was happy he came back from his trip. I made the appointment because my daughter was going as well. I was reassured that my appointment was confirmed for a pedi and a fill with him. I left work early to make sure I was there on time. Once arriving they could not find my booking. The owner made me feel like it was my fault and told me they could not accommodate me. I usually don't get upset because I work in Healthcare and I am very patient and understanding of my patients but the owner was rude . It was their error not mine and Po did not even try to explain and just looked at me as if I was in the wrong. I know there are more important things in life than a nail appointment but to not even try to rectify their mistake I was put on the spot to feel I was in the wrong. Very poor customer service. I have even recommended them to others but definitely not returning.

Booked appt for change shellac on real nail today at 9am. First they said I don’t have any appointments booked , even though I showed mobile and email confirmation. and then when I asked for both hands and feet they said they can do only for hands. When I book online there were no option to book together. It showed the common option change shellac on real nail starting at $25. I ended up leaving the salon doing nothing. Not happy with their customer service. I came to this salon twice before but not anymore.

Lee is the best nail tech I’ve ever had! She always takes her time and makes sure my nails are perfect. Even though we’ve moved, we still drive an hour to get my nails done here. I highly recommend ProSpa!

Nancy did an amazing job on my mani's and pedi's. Being a man, and a first timer, they treated me well and gave me some good advice. I initially opted for a matte finish on my shellac, but after a day, I realized that I made a mistake and would rather have the glossy finish. I called them the next day and the manager told me to come. They didn't made me feel embarrassed for my change of heart. Nancy happily re-did my nails and I was very happy about the overall experience.

would not recommend going here they didn’t do a good job not friendly at all asked to have my appt at the same time as my mom and made us sit in opposite ends of the salon. They rushed our nail job and the entire time she was doing my nails she kept walking away to do other things bad experience

Lee was recommended to me by my friend and couldn't be more happy....she did an amazing job on my gel nails, exactly what I wanted. Will definitely be going back!

Po is the best nail tech in all of Durham and Toronto! He has kept my natural nails long and healthy for years because he is so gentle and attentive to my preferences.Other salons used to pressure me to get bio gel, which was more expensive and weakened/broke my nails.Po does an amazing shellac manicure that lasts and keeps my nails strong and long.If you have long nails or are growing out your nails, you can 100% trust Po to keep them healthy!I have done my nails with other techs at this salon and I don’t recommend them. I would only go here if you can get Po.
