Called in one day to see if they could make up and engrave a keychain that I had seen online but would of been weeks till it could get here. With short notice and great customer service they were able to make it up better than what I had seen online. Payed a bit more but will always pay good money for quality, great customer service, and ability to complete it on short notice!

After bringing my whisky decanter set home I noticed that the stopper (lid) is very loose. This was airtight when I brought it in and I don’t know what they did to affect this but it is now very wobbly and will not seal anymore, let alone even sit straight. $350.00 down the drain.

Great store!! My fiancé and I went in earlier today to have his watch sized. The gentleman that helped us was very kind and said it would only take about 30 minutes to do. We decided to have lunch in the food court while we waited and when we received the call to come pick up the watch, it was a little girl on the other end! The gentleman let his young companion call us with the news and I was extremely impressed with her phone skills. I love this kind of family environment and will be going back whenever I need an engraving or adjustment!
