This place does have a great selection, but I've never experienced good service and the staff don't even appear to care or know anything about their products or animals in general. I use to buy all my raw there because it was convenient, but the lack of interest from the staff has me making the trip to the mainland for my pet supplies.

Love this place :) Staff is very helpful and friendly. Called them on boxing day on the odd chance that they might be open, and while they were indeed closed, he was quick to assure me that if it was urgent he would be happy to come down for whatever I needed. Every other time I've been there, they've been quick to help and well stocked to boot. A little pricey, but everything is on Bowen Island, so that is to be expected. They often add free little treats to your bill like an extra can of fancy feast or some bog biscuits. Very happy!

Super selection, amazing and super friendly staff.If they don't have what you want or need, Sam will order it in for you and generally have it within the week.
