Lived here last year. Nice place, good sized rooms. Elevator breaks sometimes. And soundproofing is pretty bad, I could hear the guy in the room next to me snore. If you have crazy suitemates, you're pretty stuck with them. Good luck!

I lived her in my first year on the top floor. Elevator and stairs were pretty consistently disgusting, and I always thought it was rough living till I visited friends in South. Then I realized it wasn't so bad. Also, having a kitchen was sweet but set ground rules early to preserve relationships with suite mates- it could get pretty gross if nobody was willing to clean up after themselves.

View from the room is terrible. The room is small with a single bed. They provide you with linens, towels and soap. The common kitchen area was nice and cozy

This place is a goodish rez but people really need to host a 101 crash course for these first years on being fkn clean bc a fire started from an uncleaned stove top so this place is kinda nasty. garbage rooms always smell, recycling ALL the way downstairs, student staff is bs, convenience store prices are a rip off, laundry facilities are always full and lack machines shared by THREE buildings, incredibly stupid rules on guests. only 2 stars bc at least i didn’t have to pay for meal plan

Overall I think this was a pretty solid residence. It was moderately clean and the staff at the front desk were always around to help if you needed anything. 4/5 stars since it's pretty far from standard amenities like Creelman or the UC, and also because I didn't like that RAs could just walk into your common rooms...

Nice residence for the University of Guelph students... The rooms were all laid out in a functional way, everyone I spoke with were polite, love this university and I'm happy that I have a child attending this university...

The stairwells were full of barbecue sauce, my suitemates were crazy, the balcony doors were locked and people set up slip n slides in the hallways. It's also where I met my fiancee
