Wow!! What an experience we had with the management team on our new property investment. We are across the country and made a investment purchase but had to rely on someone to take control of our listings and meet with potential renters. All I can say is this was by far the best experience we have ever had We have purchased several houses and apts across the country and they made this so easy and memorable. Joven manged to find me the perfect long term tenants. We only had a 3 day widow to show the property (from when I took possesion of the house to the 1st day of the new month).
