Family run business with a tremendous selection. They were a little busy, so we had to wait a few minutes, but it was well worth it for great customer service. They had the exact parts (old echo weedwacker spool head) that I was looking for. Thanks for the friendly service! We’ll b back.

Was at the store today. Very good customer service. They really know equipment they sell.Will be back again for more equipment. 100% recommend visiting. Very unique store/service centre. Kalin even took time away from his very busy day and gave me full run down on how to sharpen the chain. And explained do”s and Dont”s. Plus the difference between different sharpeners.They also got many great deals.Top notch customer service. Please stop by and you will be happy you did.

For anyone looking for sold advise on any home and garden equipment, this is the place. This is a Momma/Pappa shop, that have all the toys and the price is better then all the rest that I checked. The best customer service that I haven't received in a long time. Lastly if you are a impatient guy then don't go here, but if you want the best bang and knowledge for your buck. This is the place.

They sold me on a “commercial” BE powerwasher instead of the Honda’s that I usually buy. I use it twice and it breaks down. They told me that they won’t help me fix it. Now I can’t seem to get it fixed due to pump issues. This is currently the most expensive paperweight I have purchased. I will never buy anything from them again

I am not sure what Covid has done to us a a society. People have lost touch with their humanity and have become all about instant gratification. I prefer the small family owned businesses, you walk in patiently wait your turn. That shows respect and consideration for either the customer on the phone or in the store. If you wanted instant than go online and be just a $ sign.That being said, I brought my husbands saw in to be checked out and the very knowledgeable lady helped me out taking time to explain ask questions and listen to what my concerns were. Wanting to make sure she got me the correct part I needed and offered a solution that would cost us less over the long haul next time the part needed replacement. Unfortunately the model we own doesn’t give us this luxury.in any case I found the staff knowledgeable and a breathe of fresh air.Cathi

I purchased a Honda lawnmower from these guys just precovid, they stated that they do all repairs and oil changes. They then refused to service the lawnmower up until now and stated they will no longer even do simple oil changes. They do not stand behind there product. It's been 3 years and they still will not for anything. They will also not provide me with an alternative. Horrible experience DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

The owner seem very coarse on the phone, I did not take it to heart, but got really good Customer service experience from him and his wife. Very knowledgeable staff and able to answer all my questions for Honda pressure washer that did I buy one. They showed me how to use the unit and actions to avoid breakdowns that was 25$. Do your self a favour, do your research, then come to this shop and get lawn and garden products. Don’t go to Home Depot or save yourself the hassles Of buying used.As with respect to mannerisms/speed of work, this is a mum and pop shop, I would rather wait longer and have honesty over slower service.

I bought a power washer from them this week and found them very friendly, wealth of knowledge, straight-up answers and advice. Prices are fair if not the best and at no cost you get the bonus of a thorough one on one full running overview of what you buy. You cannot get that level of their service from many places.I highly recommend them, and thanks to those at the shop who helped me out, much appreciated.
