I can not say enough amazing things about Planet CPU . They truly are amazing they help you out no matter what the problem is , they are very caring , understanding patient people no matter if it's your computer or cell phone they will find a way to help you out . I went through something very scary for me and I call them my life line . Highly highly recommend keep up the amazing work everyone .

They're straight shooters. Never tried to upsell me on anything I didn't need. Never BS'd me or condescended. They do thorough work and will go above and beyond to troubleshoot a problem. Absolutely worth every penny.

I was at Planet CPU today. I was stressed. I was writing a eulogy for my mother-in-law and I ran out of space on my cloud, what ever that is, and I couldn't save my speech. I couldn't print it either as my wifi connection went missing. They helped me right away. Helped me print my speech and sent me on my way. No charge. I am grateful. Only in a small town would this happen.

My experiences over the years with this great crew have always been exceptional, but this past one exceeded all expectations. My frantic call about a dead laptop with 2 big projects on the go was dealt with promptly. In under 5 hours, I was home, up and running with my own complete hard drive working in a more dependable refurbished laptop. The cost was very reasonable and worth every penny.The emphasis at this business is service, not sales. Our town is lucky to have such a service on hand.

Very nice store. Professional service as well. Always takes the time to find the product you want and explain any computer repairs in detail. Quoted repair prices are also exactly what I pay on pickup.
