Edit to add details : I have since tried many other florists and I have to say the flowers I buy here by far last the longest and are consistently the freshest and fittest. This is a great place to buy flowers, and on top of that at an affordable price for consistent flower-lovers. I strongly recommend it.

Terrible experience on my special day! The bouquet barely resembled the original and the vase was completely different, although I specifically asked for it and got a verbal confirmation on the phone that they have an exact vase. Not recommend to anyone and not going to buy their flowers ever again! I paid over 100 dollars for a shameful service!You didn't mention in your reply that your employee lied to me that the vase shown on the picture on your site was in stock. You didn't care to remove the picture from your site although you knew that the vase was back-ordered long time ago. Now you write an answer pushing the fault on your client. That is why I call your services shameful. You substitute things in the order as you please without thinking about why a person chose this bouquet in a first place. There was a hidden message from me to a person I deeply care about that was completely ruined by your substituting touches. You don't care about your clients and I won't be one of them.

I asked for the Hummingbird arrangement for my friend who recently lost her mom. They were pleasant and answered my questions and made the whole transaction very easy. They sent the arrangement to the correct address after contacting her to make sure someone was home. My friend loved them. Would definitely order from them again, reasonable delivery fee.

Ordered flowers for a friend, chose the standard $55 daily special bouquet and it was lovely, bouquet was delivered on the date requested without any issues. Only thing that can be better is the delivery cost can be a little less hidden when ordering online. Overall very satisfied.

Do not order from FLEURIST COTE DES NEIGE. My husband order a fruit basket and I got all Rotten oranges pruny grapes and 2 outdated chocolates bars! THEY ARE A RIP OFF STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS SHAME ON YOU!

I really like visiting this florist. I go there often whenever I need a bouquet. The staff is very nice and full of positive energies. :) They help design bouquets for me, and this time I got the most elegant bouquet I've ever received. The purple violets are so pretty that they just melt my hearts. The staff also helped me to choose the color of the wrapping paper and ribbon. This bouquet is just so gentle and pretty. :D The picture is taken after I got home.. T.T The strong wind made the bouquet look spreading too wide..

Never buy at this shop. I placed an order online and paid. They called me on the next day (delivery day) to tell me their website is not able to properly calculate delivery fees so I need to pay more than the double of the fee already paid. Thing is I know this is a lie because I have bought with them before and their website worked perfectly in calculating the delivery the other time and charged me more directly since it was off Mtl island. They probably change their price or forgot to include south shore on the more expensive list and now I am the one without my order delivered. And still waiting on their confirmation of reimbursement as they did not reply yet.

I was very disappointed with the flowers that I ordered from this place. I placed my order online two days before. I added a note asking for the flowers to be delivered before a specific time, and they came an hour late (I had to call to ask where they were). Plus, the bouquet I chose from the photo on their site was nowhere near what was received. I didn't expect it to be the exact same and to vary a little from the picture, but the bouquet did not have as many flowers, and the only two roses that were in the bouquet had dead leaves, and some of the green leaves added to fill the bouquet had holes and were not fresh. By the end of the day, only 6 hours later, 40% of the flowers in the bouquet looked dead. I do not recommend this place at all! Sending a sad-looking bouquet with flowers that look dead for a funeral is embarrassing. I was embarrassed yet paid a pretty penny for this. Look for another florist!

I love this flower shop so much，they always keep the promise and deliver the flower on time, and the staffs are very kind and always make good suggestion, Love and Thanks.

I ordered flowers for a salesman who is very sick and was very disappointed... The flowers I ordered looked nothing like what was sent (ordered the deluxe). As you can tell by the pictures i wanted the Sunflower with the Bumblebee, and the other picture is what was sent. I understand if you can not get the proper flowers but advise the customer!!! I paid good money and did not get anything close to what I ordered! Also was told I would have to pay extra delivery fee which was fine but when asked for an updated Invoice was ignored. Emailed 3 times and have not received one!!! Would never use this flower shop again.
