Corey and Shelly are absolutely great. Shelly was able to get me in at a convenient time for me. I like the fact that it wasn’t a “ I’ll be there in the morning or I’ll be there in the afternoon” appointment. It was first thing in morning, when they said they would be here. Corey called to say he was running a little late (had to come across bridge during morning traffic.) It was a bigger job than what he was expecting, but he didn’t complain. He cleaned up the area after he was done. A very nice guy. I went to work and told everyone if they need a plumber to call you guys and ask for Corey.

Corey came and inspected the issues and advised on how to remediate the issue without him wasting time on unnecessary tasks.We also looked at our age water tank and spotted an issue with replacement that knowing ahead of time will make replacement a lot easier.

We had a sudden need for a plumber to deal with a complete blockage of our kitchen and laundry drains.The person who answered the phone was pleasant, was up front in her estimate of when I might expect service, and was up front about the premium for same-day service, which all was appreciated.The call-back was very close to the estimated time, and the plumber was punctual in arriving.Corey was professional, took time to make sure he understood what he was dealing with, and then got right to work clearing the drain. He gave some advice on ways to help prevent a recurrence, got the job done quickly, cleaned up after himself, and has a professional, pleasant demeanor.The only thing that could have been better was that other than the same-day get us to the door" premium that was verbally explained on my initial phone call

Corey was so awesome and helpful when fixing our kitchen faucet and bathtub drains. He had to walk around abunch to find the water valve as we are renters but was a good sport about the extra steps! Totally hassle free experience and fixed all of our concerns very quick! Would recommend to everyone! Shelley who set up the appt was great on the phone too :)

I found it very difficult to find a plumber in Kelowna. This was the only business that returned my call the same day and accommodated my schedule. Corey came to my home and redid the plumbing under my sink and resealed a few faucets. He went the extra mile, building the plumbing in a way that gave me more space under the sink. I think other plumbing businesses in the okanagan should look up to this business. I HIGHLY recommend this business.

Excellent service from the first call to job completion. Friendly, knowledgeable, punctual, professional. This is the second property Corey has serviced for us and we are so pleased with the consistent 5 star service.

Had a wonderful experience with these guys! Called a few other plumbing companies and got a really negative vibe from the person that answered the phone. Shelley was super polite and awesome to deal with!Corey was also amazing. Got in and did his thing super quick and was also very friendly. Will definitely be using these guys again next time I need a plumber!

The pipes in my washroom were frozen and my toilet and sink weren’t working. Corey arrived and was extremely kind, patient, efficient and professional. He opened up the wall and walked me through why the pipes were frozen and had my water running and my toilet flushing before he walked out the door. He also left me with the knowledge of how to fix the problem myself if it happens again. To top it all off…: he found a small leak and took it upon himself to fix it for me. I would use this service again, 100%. Better than the $600 Mr. Rooter was going to charge to “run a heater for 2 hours in the bathroom”.

Corey came and replaced our water heater, he was great! Regardless of how inconvenient our house was set up and the lack of answers I had to his questions.. he got the job done. Definitely recommend this company.. friendly, professional and quick. Thank you a million Corey! Won’t go to any other company :)
