So great! When a lot of other lenders were too busy to respond to my mortgage request, Liz responded right away. Communication was frequent and flexible - I hardly pick up the phone, so she sent me everything via email. The rate was excellent, and it even went down from when I got my pre-approval! Would highly recommend. As long as I live on the island, Liz at Sand Dollar will be my go-to for all my mortgage needs.

Worked with Faye twice now, once to port my mortgage away from the bank I was with and again on a re-finance recently.I moved to Sand Dollar as I didn't like the pushy-high pressure sales vibes at the original bank. No regrets, I know it's still a sales pitch but Faye does a great job of explaining everything and letting you come to your own decisions. Super low pressure and easy to understand. Absolutely recommend Faye and Sand Dollar to set up your mortgage.
