good rate and all, but a guy from their staff tries voluntarly to rob 50$ off my exchange cash..played it like he hasn't noticed..people if you go there make sure you follow closely when they count your money..my advise. they should put cameras on top of each counter.

bad customer service, even if they were applying provincial regulations. They were not nice explaining it to me and when I tried to call their office to get an explanation their manager was challenging me and didn't show any kind of care about their customers satisfactions.

Great service. Ordered by phone. Got email back saying my order was ready 1 day before planned. Went to the Longueuil office. 5 minute wait and transaction was done. Saved about 2% over my bank's rate. Would recommend.
