Awesome little shop great prices and wonderful service.

We called Peter at around 10am today asking if he could come take a look at our washing machine as it wasn't draining. He got here around 12:30pm and was done and leaving at 12:45pm. Super quick, inexpensive, and quality service. Very happy with the service we received! Will be recommending in the future.

Peter was helpful and came quickly to check out our fridge. He repaired next day and cost was very reasonable.

We called Peter and made an appointment for an old jem of a '50's stove. We live in Creston 1.5 hrs away and he gladly said the team would take a look. Nicolas met us first thing and had it looked over and ready in a couple hours, so we were able to do our business and get the stove home same day....meanwhile I still have not had a call back from our local repair shop.....Very accommodating service! We will gladly use them and recommend in the future.

No product and what was there was over priced. Dumpy looking. Owner was too busy to really show me stuff. So left.

Not overly thrilled with the fridge we purchased here a few months ago. Ours died and we were in a pinch and couldn't wait for another one. Had some family go take a look in Cranbrook as we couldn't see it ourselves because of work, and REALLY wish we would have waited to take a look. We were assured that it was in great condition with one little dent" on the door - okay no big deal. We ended up paying 500 dollars for a 16 year old fridge that looked like it was dropped off a truck. I almost cried when we loaded into the house and i saw the full extent of the damage. The corner is completely smashed in

This is a revision of a review posted originally in September. We purchased a fridge, a dishwasher, a microwave and a stackable washer/dryer here in the summer for $1250. The fellow who owns the shop gave us his word that he would support us if they were any issues. (We wouldn’t be using them until we occupied the residence, so although purchase was in July, use of them didn’t really begin except for the fridge until October.). Well the fridge ice maker and water maker have quit working. The fridge was leaking, and we found out that the drain pan was in two pieces, so ordered a replacement through a repairman. We phoned week after week after week, and every time, he promised he would be out to have a look and see about repairing it. But of course he never showed up. Be cautious about what you buy there. The washing machine he sold us never washed one load of laundry, but blows the breaker when we run it; it seems to have a complicated set of issues that make us rather uneasy to spend money and replace it. Peter did refund us for the washing machine when we hauled it out of our house, put it on a trailer and returned it yesterday. We are thankful at least for that.

I worked with Colton today to get a dryer for my rental property. I needed one quickly to supply my tenants with. He sent me photos of all the dryers he had in stock which was very helpful as I live out of town. He then was able to delivery on the same day! He was very efficient and great to deal with. I will definitely use this company again!!
