Benjamin Moore Paint Shop

With so many places to buy paint, especially box stores, I hadn't thought about stepping into The Paint Shop in over a decade when I finally did, I realized this is the only place I'll buy paint from now on. The service was great and the staff knowledgable but the quality of the paint blew me away. The coverage and finish fron they're lower end paint on my rental greatly surpassed any paint I've bought from the box store. I highly recommend the stores.

The way they tried to restrick customer shopping is a real pain in the ....... Way over the top. Having you wait in line while a store work lead you around the store and pick merchandise of the shelves for you snd bring to the counter one customer at a time is way to much.

Our go-to paint vendor. While prices are competitive, however we primarily go there for the advice of the interior decorators. They have always offered solid guidance when selecting paint colors for our home. Just be sure to bring along a sample of your flooring or furniture, as they often hesitate when viewing photos since colours change with various lighting.

Terrible customer service. Was looking to get help on selecting the paint colors for our our new office space. I already had the paint colors selected just needed direction/help. I went to the front counter and explained what i needed. She said you need to talk to the custom dept. 3 ladies sitting around having a yarn, all look at me, and then go back to chatting. One pipes up and says do I need help. I was the only person standing up in front of the counter. I explained what I needed help on. First question she asked was did you talk to anyone at the front desk. I said yeah they told me to talk to you. She begins to pull swatches without referring the paint number I provided. I said that I needed the colors to match what I picked up. She said if your looking for custom paint you need to speak to the front desk. I just left.

Amazing selection. Knowledgable staff. Great prices. Stopped by today they were having a customer appreciation day. Got a new hat a shirt to go with my paint. Thanks guys

The Paint Shop - Friendly & most helpful with their own brand (Ben, replacing Silks) made by Benjamin Moore paints and every bit as good.

Good selection of products. We purchased flooring here and the choices were endless. Sales experience was positive and installation went smoothly. Do yourself a favor and go to the people who know the business instead of the box stores for your next reno.

Excellent customer service. I had a lot of paint to purchase, so Rodney said that It would take a little while to mix all the paint and if I had other things to do, I could go and he would call me when it was ready. True to his word, he called and I returned to the store. All the paint cans were neatly labelled with the rooms indicated on each can (this was written on the list that I left for him). He then kindly offered to deliver it to my car. I always find the staff friendly and helpful at the Paint Shop in Mount Pearl.
