The girls here are so fantastic! They take their time and really make ur treatment feel customized.When I arrived the space and environment felt very warm, which I was surprised by a medi spa. I really felt they listened to all my concerns with my skin and body goals.I did not feel like a number here, the girls really go above and beyond here. You can tell they love helping women feeling thier best.We talked about alot of topics including food sensitivity, which explained alot of symptoms I've been having including my acne and bloating which has contributed to my up hill battles with weightloss.I was impressed with Alex's wide range of wealth of information, and I feel safe and can trust the women who work here.They worked with my budget as well, I understand treatments need series and I wanted my results FAST cause I'm getting married soon, so I invested in a couple packages.I've already seen an amazing result, my skin has significantly improved, and I've been dropping inches like crazy. My skin is Tighter on my body too which was an initial concern with weightloss.These girls are magic, im so happy to have found such genuine environment to help me.I will be a regular client for a long time xx

I'm pretty new to the world of skin treatments and recently decided to treat myself to a facial skin tightening session. Wow -- absolutely zero regrets. Alex was so wonderful; lovely to chat to and very knowledgeable about skincare. The whole experience was so soothing and relaxing, and I left with my skin feeling at least 10 years younger (I'm in my 30s). I loved it so much I purchased additional sessions on the spot. Can't wait to come back to pamper myself some more!

Alexis was very lovely and kind and was a wealth of information. I booked hydra facials for my mom and I and Alexis was kind and tailored my moms facial to what was more suited for her skin. Kerry was also incredibly friendly and was so nice to visit with.However, I am only giving 2 stars because of the overall experience. When we arrived, the gal sitting behind the desk did not even look up to say hi or to greet us. The facials were not relaxing as Alexis talked the entire time and gave nothing but unsolicited advice on everything from skin care, weight management, increasing breast cup sizes, chiropractic treatment, naturopathic wellness etc. and was convinced that my daily dog walks “are not real exercise”. She does come across knowledgeable but there are no certificates on the wall or anywhere in the office to show proof of qualifications. I don’t believe this is a true Medi-spa. She advised me that Retin-A wasn’t good and that her product containing retinol is better. I highly trust my dermatologist who prescribed me my Retin-A and have done much research on my own.Alexis made me feel very judged, when asked about my skin care routine and the whole appointment felt like a sales pitch. Even though I said I wanted to just use the products that I have, she still tried to sell me two bottles of whatever for $120 each and then tried to upswell ten additional treatments for over $1000.In addition, there was no water available upon arrival - the jug was empty and there was nowhere to hang your clothes in the treatment room.Lovely human just not a good experience.

The ladies at Alexis Medi Spa are fantastic. They provided me with the best options for my skin concerns and were respectful of my budget. Within 2 appointments, my skin has started to clear up drastically. They are very knowledgeable and make you feel very comfortable.

Came to try an EMS and body sculpting package. The girls are super nice! Ended up buying a body sculpting package and going for my appointments almost every week.

I’ve been going to Alex’s spa for a few months now on the recommendation of a friend. I have had microneedling, IPL facials, EMBS and body sculpting done.
