Absolutely pathetic!!!My mother had spoke to someone there and they were supposed to order some special perfume for her. Today I brought her in and she spoke to a woman who was at the cosmetic counter and the woman wouldn't speak a word of English to her. My mother is 86 years old and kept explaining to the woman that she couldn't speak french, but the woman just kept replying in long sentences in french... Very ignorant and has no place in retail... I tried to esxplain to the woman, but she was completely senseless leaning on brain-dead and had no clue what she was doing in any language.

Very bad service. Waited 45 min for a prescription. The service is only getting worse. Maybe time to change pharmacies.

Horrible experience at this pharmacy. Numerous screw-ups with no explanations or even a call to apologize or tell you what's going on. Expecting to get your prescription correctly and on time is a FANTASY here. Stay away from this pharmacy it's mediocre" at best and the staff is rude."

Okay pharmacy, but lists several services they don't provide. No passport photos, no film processing (only digital printing). It's fine, but stop advertising what you don't do.

The good thing is that it moved closer to me. So if I need anything that I usually get from pharmaprix I would buy it there.

I often go there. But today was the worst experience! I ordered my medication by telephone, at 3 o'clock I got my comfirmation that it was ready. I came to the store at 8h in the evening, gave my name and my card at the counter and you made me wait 45 minutes to grab it! Why?? After 45 minutes of waiting I came to the counter and asked what's wrong that I have to wait so long. The girl just went to the other room and brought my medication. So what's the point of wasting 45 minutes of my life??? Without even any explanations or sorry"."

I have had so many bad experiences with this JC that I actually had to come on here to leave a review. They have some of the most incompetent techs I have dealt with. On several occasions they have refused to fax my doctor; once I asked them to fax for my asthma meds because I had to wait 4 weeks for an appointment with my MD. Once was for an exacerbation where the MD forgot to send a Rx for an extra pump; where the pharmacist could have given me the Rx but the techs refused to communicate it to them. And these are just the last two instances that come to mind but there are many many more. I will be changing pharmacies.

I’m DONE with this store! Very rude staff at the cash, I went there for passeport photos for my wife, my daughter and myself. The lady at the cash had already done serving the customer before me but they kept chitchatting even though she had acknowledged my presence. After a long wait, the customer/friend had finally left. I walked up to the lady to pay for the photos but I did not even get a “sorry for the long wait” but instead, she was very cold with me as if she didn’t like her job there or she was having a bad day. Very rude lady. This store is literally 2min away from my house, but from now on I’d rather shop elsewhere than having to deal with these rude ladies.(By the way, I have experienced their rudeness and lack of professionalism several times before)

The pharmacist there should be ashamed of himself , he didn't take a second to recommend over the shelf medication . Didn't even have the guts to talk to me . Last time for me to ever step foot there.
