We had the air tested in our home because we were always getting sick. Troy was amazing! Professional, very thorough, answered all of my questions and the report was detailed. Turns out our ducts and furnace needed to be cleaned and replaced. The air was so bad we had to vacate until the work was done. He even came back after and did a quick retest to put our minds at ease so we could come back home. Thanks so much Troy! Highly recommend!!

Professional, friendly, great with communication, and services. We bought a new house and have been battling colds since moving in, had the ducts cleaned and wow they pulled a lot of dust and grime out of the vents! Our house smells so nice now, and I feel at ease knowing that we aren’t pushing dust mites and who knows what else through the air each time our furnace starts up. I’ve used another company in the past in Prince George, and Purair reset my expectations for great service in the area with competitive prices. Highly recommend.

Troy was very professional. He contacted me prior to coming out to confirm the appointment, was on time, and worked hard to get the job done. He is very friendly and has the latest equipment to do the best job possible. We will definitely use Troy and Modern PURAIR again in the future.

Just bought a house, en suite bathroom vent had a bad odour in it, like death. I called Modern PURAIR first and explained my situation. The lady who took my call was extremely easy to work with. She explained they were booked for a month out but to try other places and that she'd keep my appointment for me so I didn't lose my place. I agreed and phoned around bunch of other places. Nobody seemed to want to help and the customer service was incomparable to what I had received at Modern Purair. So I decided I'd do what I could on my end and wait it out. 2 days later Troy who I believe is one of the owners reached out to me and had me an appointment the day after next. He came personally while I was at work and did a fantastic job. After said job was complete he followed up with pictures and to my hopes got rid of whatever the bad odor coming from the vent was. I recommend Modern Purair and will only ever use them for my future needs. Thanks guys!

Troy did everything the website said the service person was suppose to do. Troy called in the 15min to 30min time frame before arriving at my house. He arrived in his PURAIR service van. He was wearing his company uniform and quoted me the cost of the work that we both agreed to before he started the work. Troy was working with all new equipment which was nice to see. Overall, it was a pleasure working with Troy and I will be calling on him the next time I need my furnace and heating ducts cleaned out. I highly recommend calling Troy to come work for you. Troy went above and beyond in our home. He was very professional, on time and worked extra hard on some vents that had dog urine in them and managed to get rid of the smell! He cleaned the furnace out, replaced our filters and was super efficient. I would 11/10 recommend him. Very nice guy and hard worker. He even was courteous enough to text me and ask if I wanted to move my appointment to the following day after he had a cancellation (because he knew I was rushing from 3.5 hours out of town to get to the appointment as we don’t live in PG). Troy from Modern PURAIR was very responsive and timely - other vendors did not even reply to our requests for quotes! Troy took care of our commercial dryer vents that were far beyond due for a cleaning. Troy kept our exterior clean during the process, arranged all equipment needed to complete the job. I highly recommend!
