Dover Floor Covering

We contracted dover to do 90% of our house. It turned out amazing. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for flooring

Jeff took the time to think about our very unique needs and showed just the right carpets for us. We had another company come out and they did not do that. We will definitely use Dover Floor Covering again.

We used this company this past fall to cover almost our entire house in flooring. Could not have been more happy to have went with them. Jeff was very personable, attentive, and really listened to our needs. I had went to many other flooring companies prior and had estimates. After much frustration, I decided to call Dover. I did not understand having a company come to your home, so had not really considered it. He came out promptly (I believe within 2 days) and really listened to our needs as well as was able to give ideas as he was able to look at the house. I learned more about flooring from him than I had after spending time with at least 10 different companies. Additionally, his estimates came in lower than the other companies. So what is the catch? There isn't one. They were very professional and timely. We had our floors promptly installed with no problems. We had one small problem that was the fault of our home. Any other company would have waited until we fixed the problem. However, Jeff came over late at night (while injured I might add!) and worked with my husband until late to fix the problem (his free time and did not charge extra). We now have high quality flooring that looks beautiful. I could not be more happy and thankful for the opportunity to have worked with Jeff and Dover Floor Covering! I would recommend to anyone.

We had a great experience with Dover floor company. The team of installers are very organized, professional but also funny. It was very easy to have them in our home for over 3 days. They were very helpful moving things around the house and had a huge interest of getting the job done right. Our wood floors are beautiful and we are so glad we had such a professional team!

Had new vital flooring put down in my kitchen and laundry room. Due to water damage, some of the floor had to be swapped out. The guys did a great job. Very professional and held to the time frame promised. The owner came after all was done to confirm everything was done up to his standards. Very pleased with this company & with Jeff who offered professional (and needed) advice on floor options.

Jeff and his team did an excellent job start to finish on our new retail location in White Lake, MI. Jeff knew we were in a bit of time crunch and came prepared with options. He spoke with his reps to find what was in stock and had enough supply to meet the need for the space. Then he lined up installers to ensure that the job could be completed in the specified time. Dover Floor Cover went on to over deliver on all promises. I would highly recommend and will use them again in the future. You should give them ample consideration on your next project.
