I just went here to buy an item advertised on sale here. First I was told they didn't carry them. When I went to show him the ad online, he said, Oh that's not my department". I went to another associate as was told

Helpful Staff, will go out of their way to find the sizes of clothing you are after be it in their store, online or elsewhere. Good selection of work wear and every day clothes and accessories. However if you are of a smaller build you may have issues finding what you are looking for....at least currently.

Excellent customer service !

This location has probably one of the nicest staff and managers. I had a problem with a giftcard that I had sat on the phone with customer service and tried two other locations and the store it was purchased from but was told we can't help. The manager Liz ended up helping me resolve the problem and not only didn't turn me away but took the time to help on boxing day I might add. I'll never shop at a different marks again Liz rocks she deserves a raise.

Staff not attentive, work clothing area was very messy even with a small selection.

Expensive: thats all i can say about mark’s because anything you buy or want from there is always much more expensive that the other places outside, i always buy something from there is only when i cannot get the same thing from somewhere else, they have good quality of stuff, work related stuff but its always too expensive

Awesome store, first Marks i've been too that actually had some stock.

When we went into the store there were 3 or 4 associates at the till. None of them ever came to ask if we needed any help the whole time we were in there. We were the only customers in the store for 15 minutes or so.
