Terrible service! We received the recall for parking break repair for free from a Ford dealership. Indeed, at some point the car stopped starting normally and began to scream in a bad voice during the trip. Observation queue a month ahead for Saturday. An email arrived that they transferred an appointment, we are waiting again. Driving for a month with a problem. On the long-awaited day they say to leave the car until the evening. Managed to pick it up in the evening. By the evening they said that you can pick up. And then it turns out that NOTHING has been done at all. Type changed some kind of piece of iron. They didn't even checked the computer all day long. They said, if you don't like it, make a new appointment to the line when it's already for money. Someone like the supervisor did not turn his back on attempts to complain and talk. The car also screams at the starting and during the trip. Not to mention the fact that you can get on the road and all this is dangerous. We plan to complain to OMVIC and Ford Global.

I had an awesome experience at this dealership when purchasing a new Mustang. Dishant was great to work with from the start and got me my car in less than 3 months despite many holidays in between. The car spec also looked fantastic and truly blew me away. I highly recommend this dealer when looking to purchase a new car!

So it is the middle of the winter and I decided to buy a Mustang Mach e GT performance edition! I purchased on a Wednesday and pick up was on the Saturday. On Friday I remembered that the car comes with summer tires and of course it was going to snow on sat! Now I could have delayed the pick up, no problem there as my sales rep was awesome, however I was so excited to get the car that I was scrambling to get rims and snows on the car. I called around and of course at this time of year there are barely any snow tires around and all the places I called said it would be a week at the earliest to get them. I decided to call the parts department at Yonge Steeles Ford and spoke with Shazam Usman, HE IS AMAZING!!! OMG he did so much research for me, called everywhere, searched online until he found both rims and tires. He sent me emails with photos to see what I liked and was in constant communication with me. He not only did all the research but also managed to get them delivered and installed same day! Honestly, I can’t believe the level of service I received from Shazam and the Yonge Steeles Ford team, this was incredible to get everything done in 1 day. Thank you Shazam, you are awesome!!! TLDR: I'd give a zero star if I could. They only care about making money out of you and don't care about service. Even the Ford Canada agent I talked with agrees this dealer is bad.I have an open brake hose recall on my Ford, I was told I needed to wait for the parts to be available before they can replace anything (likely Q3 this year, which was totally fine).Unfortunately, my brake hose busted one day while I was driving (which means my brake stopped working). I had to get my car fixed on that very Sunday. After that, since there was an open pending recall, I tried to reach out to this ford dealer to see if my cost could be reimbursed (I called Ford Canada later and being told I am qualified for a reimbursement).The coordinator forwarded my message to this dealer's service manager, Mark. Didn't hear anything back for a few days, sent another follow up email, still nothing. Two weeks later, I tried to reach out to them again, guess what? Still no email response nor call back yet.I am not asking them to reimburse me on the spot right away, since I know there is always paperwork involved. However I'd like to know how to start the process and how long it's gonna take. I guess they just don't give a s**t about their customers unless they can make money out of you :).Full disclosure, this place can't represent all Ford dealers since Ford dealers are individually owned. But if you can, spend your money at a dealer that's showing a positive amount of respect to you.Update: lol, I called Ford Canada and talked with an agent from the Ford Canada Customer Relationship team. He was kind enough to reach out to Mark on my behalf (since I couldn't get into contact with him). And the agent told me the service manager of this dealership, Mark, said ...(he) doesn't want to get involved" and the agent told me he wasn't quite sure why. He apologized on behalf of Mark and suggested me trying a different dealership since not all dealerships are unprofessional."

Dealt with Vera....she's awesome!! She helped us buy our dream vehicle in 1.5 days and have it ready for our pickup date a day later. Exceptional service and cars in the showroom are amazing!
