This place is a joke, I am absolutely appalled by the egregious lack of professionalism and competence displayed by this establishment. The level of customer service provided here is shockingly abysmal, falling far below even the most basic expectations. It is disheartening to recount the numerous instances where I encountered nothing but frustration and disappointment.Firstly, the mishandling of my visa application was nothing short of a disaster. The process was riddled with errors and oversights, leading to unnecessary complications and delays. Their incompetence not only wasted my valuable time but also caused undue stress and inconvenience. It is deeply concerning that an organization entrusted with such critical responsibilities can be so negligent and inept.Furthermore, the exorbitant charges levied against me are utterly unjustifiable. Not only did they fail to provide the promised services, but they also had the audacity to demand an inflated payment. This blatant disregard for fair and transparent pricing demonstrates a complete lack of integrity and respect towards their customers.All in all, this entire experience has left me utterly disillusioned and disheartened. The lack of professionalism, the mishandling of crucial matters, and the unjustified financial burden imposed upon me have painted a vivid picture of an establishment that is nothing more than a farce.
