I've been a customer for years and the owners and service were great. But now... Approximately 12 days ago I dropped off 2 Sterling Silver Heart Pennants. The first item is a Heart Pennant with a smaller Heart that wasn't sitting properly in the center of the bigger one...so she made a bigger circular part holding the 2 hearts together and where the chain goes through, well it doesn't look good at all, the smaller heart still isn't sitting right, she even commented that she had troubles with it, it still looks terrible.The 2nd item is a very small heart pennant it broke where the chain goes through so she made a new tiny circular loop.I thanked her, then she rang me up and said that will be $95.00 I was totally shocked i said to her ,WHAT

Repaired several chains I broke. Resized my 5 rings when I gained weight. Fixed 2 rings when I had to get them cut off. Sold me 2 waterproof watches over the years. Appraiserd my jewellery. NICE PEOPLE.

Super friendly, very fast- same day service. Reasonable price to replace a watch band and remove some links. Will be back if needed

I have used this store for jewellery repairs and special watch repairs. I visited there last week and they were very accommodative to help me as a walk-in. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this store for jewellery, watches, and repairs.

I had an arrowhead that I wanted to make into a necklace. I gave the staff very little direction. Their rates were really reasonable compared to other stores. My necklace was ready in about a week. It was better than I had expected. Beautiful quality! The staff are really professional and kind.

Excellent and timely repairs at a good price

Very good service but thought it was rather expensive. Was charged $14 to take a link out of a watch strap...…. was a 2 minute job for jeweler.

Worst experience I have ever had in a retail store. Took my chain in for repair as it had broken.The sales girl ( repair ) advised it also needed to be reinforced on both sides. The charge was $40. 2 days later it broke and fell apart in the bath. Thank goodness or I wld have lost both chain and 18k gold medallion. When I called and told the girl she said oh it was your" fault. What an attitude and rude comment to make to the customer. I requested a full refund. She did not reinforce the chain because if she had of it wld have never broken 2 days later. When I went on Monday to the store she wanted me to let her cut out the gold in the chain. I was stunned angry and soo frustrated. She tells me she never refunds the customer. I stood my ground. I had to defend and argue with her. After 10 mins she credited my card. I abruptly left the PLACE. I wld never ever treat a customer like that. I could never recommend this store. I do not trust them with anything. Especially expensive jewellery."

Just got my ring fixed as it was a weird break. They did a great job and it looks just like when I bought it. Staff was really nice and explained everything really well. I definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for quality repair!

Excellent service and craftsmanship. Repaired my mothers precious gold chain. Repair costs were more than reasonable. Did repair in 30 minutes!! Came out beautiful. I would go there again. Also has an amazing display of Jewelry for sale.
