Food is okay, but service is far away from perfect.Affected behaviour. Although, obviously many tables available, 15 minutes to wait.Temparature of wine too high.Not best value for money

5-star restaurant on the beach in Carleton-sur-Mer. The owner and his three daughters provide extraordinary service and the food is superb! Highly recommend! Chris had catch of the day Cod and I had the scallops. With a Pino Grigio and a cheese plate for dessert we could not have been more satisfied! And priced well below what you would expect!

I ate here last friday with my parents ..the view was second to none...the service and the wine program are confusing at best...the food is tourist plated, and not very good...i had mussels that were full of stones and beard, then i ordered the duck breast...it came as scallops...i returned it and was presented with what could of been any kind of meat ,served on the bone covered in a putrid gravy....the meal was awful....the undercooked chicken liver pate, to the dame veggies on every plate...these plates were $35 -$38 each....i would suggest asking more about the food and not taking the shyness of the service department as cute or ok....its a tourist trap...the food is not good or worth the #$$

Delicious food! The set menu (appetiser, starter, main, dessert, tea/coffee) is super good value - and you get a lot of food as well. The owner is very friendly.

Excellent seafood, excellent service, beautiful location, great for a date night!I’m not often impressed when I eat out, especially seafood because I love cooking it, but this was excellent. I took the chef’s special, the manta ray, and the salmon mousse! So good!

We just left the diner with a very disturbing experienced... The food was amazing but...Horrible service, the waiter argued over having more tip with me.... This is unheard of to me. Although I might not have very generous, not everyone can give large amount of tip easily.... Very presumptuous of him to ask me for 15% after I paid. How ridiculous. Not only that but he continued arguing and my girlfriend and I had to leave while he was still harassing us. He said he was basically volunteering and was not paid enough, and that the norm was 15%. I know, I do not tip very much. But really I never never expected that. I was trembling in shock for 20minutes after getting out of the restaurant... If he is not satisfied by his salary it should not fall on the customers.It is so sad to me because the food was delicious and I wanted to recommend it to my family. Plus the ambience was perfect and you see there is a lot of care put in the food. I never ever had any kind of service like this. I worked in costumer service for 3 summers and I would have been fired on the spot. I do not wish this man to be fired but I really am not sure what should be done about that kind of behaviour. I am still shaking while writing. He really did come at us aggressively... I feel sorry I must leave such a bad review for the business but I really cannot leave a 5 star after this
