We had an awning installed by Auvent Royal in June, and we are very happy with it in every way. They went out of their way to install it in time for a planned event. In addition, our terrace presented a number of physical challenges, but these were overcome with a smile. Overall, we are pleased with our investment and would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a quality, affordable product with fine service.

Auvent Royal is an example of great customer service. They delivered a great product (horizantal blinds & awning), on time, budget and most of all kept me in the loop every step of the way. After comparing prices between a few different vendors, we picked Auvent Royal and absolutely DO NOT regret it. Every single step of the process was extremely pleasant. Diana greeted me over the phone and provided me with all the information I needed. The service (From initial quote visit to installation) was very professional and punctual. And the price was more than fair. Overall, an amazing experience and I'd easily recommend them to anyone looking for awning related services, without any hesitation!

Have just had awning installed within the past 4 days and so far so good. Seems to be a very good quality product. Strong frame. Quiet motor. Manual option. Lots of colour choices. Installers spent several hours making precise adjustments for our location. Weather-dependent installation made pinning down an installation date a challenge.
