We had a nice burger here, it was tasty and cooked well, although the burger that came to the table wasn't quite identical to its picture on the menu ( it looked a bit smaller, maybe an optical illusion by the photographer). There was plenty of seating available during our visit. We were greeted at the door by a server and taken to a table ( which was a bit wobbly, the Allen screws fixing the table to the wall, require tightening, first booth on the left as you go in ). We were told we could order by the QR code on the table or go up to the counter and order at the till. We used the till. We ordered our burgers, sides, and drinks. There were no lattes on the menu, so we got bottled juice. The portion of chips you get is very generous. Overall, it was a very nice experience a bit more expensive than other similar establishments, but I felt the food was of a better quality. The servers were polite, prompt, and well presented, even checking up during the meal to make sure things were OK, a nice touch.

This is so expensive for nothing special. For the price of a burger without chips and a drink, it's on average £11. It's not a resturant it's fast food. I'm honestly so disgusted that the burger below was sold to me at £10.95. Please save your money and just go to McDonalds instead. It's the same but McDonads taste better!

Was told to wait outside for a table as there weren't any avaliable. So decided to get takeaway because it was freezing cold outside. I counted 10 empty tables, some of which were empty for the entire duration of waiting for the food. 3 groups arrived, tables cleared and were allowed to wait inside until the table was ready. Terribly ignorant and inconsiderate service.The food was shocking for the price, over £10 for a burger with very small DRY patties.Massively disappointing, read the other reviews and they mostly say the same thing.I won't be returning.

Burgers and milkshakes were good. I took off 1 star because it is pricey. Good but not quite worth the price.

Was out shopping with husband when we decided to stop for some lunch. It was empty when we went in anc was shiwn to a seat right away and menu explained to us. The place filled up quite quickly after we arrived. Our order was placed at thd counter and arrived approx 10 mins later i got the crispy chicken smash burger with fries, husband got the oaklahoma burger with fries. Both were really goid and quite big portions aswell. Recommend you try here

Food always good, service good. Cater well for gluten/ dairy free and vegans too. Only negative is the drinks fountain drinks are not all available ( caffeine free coke being my favourite in the evenings) and sometimes too weak. Other than that good selection of food for a burger place .

Looks great inside staff were awesome.. only thing is its abit on the expensive side for a burger and chips.. apart from that really good!!
