Saw Hitesh Kothari last week to renew my car insurance. He was very friendly, helpful and patient. It did not take long at all and he was happy to answer all my questions and definitely went the extra mile to make sure all the info he gave me was current and correct. All around a pleasant experience. My first experience here a year ago was with someone else and it was not a great one at all so I was reluctant to go to the same branch but I'm glad I did. Hope he's still there in a year when I need to renew again.
