I want to make sure you understand the service was good I have zero problems with the way I was treated. The concern I have is this is the first company I found that made you come to the store to purchase parts. Since covid we have purchased all our parts over the phone or online and have had them either delivered or a courier pick them up. I think they really should rethink the no credit cards over the phone policy especially during these times.

I showed up there on a Friday morning with a small, but annoying problem. They were great. Friendly, accommodating and fast.I'll go back there for sure if I have a problem with a Western Star in Winnipeg.

Find another shop. I did!!My story is much too long for u to care read, suffice to say i spent over $50,000 on a new crate motor. And im still having to clean up the mess of missed and things left undone, things their mechanic" should have done completely and correctly.Dont think I'd let them fix a broken wire after what they neglected to do to my engineNever go here for engine work."
