This was absolutely one of the best meals of my family’s life. This is a must dine in Jasper. The lamb shank will change your lifeThe kefalotiri (picture) was an appetizer.I am gluten sensitive so I had a bison burger (absolutely delicious)My mom had the onion soup (reminded us of France)My dad had the Lamb Shank (one of the top three dishes of our lives and the best lamb ever for sure)

I had the vegan dragon bowl (I am not vegan) and it was a wonderfully satisfying combination of flavours. My husband had the cheeseburger and it was the best burger he's had in a long while. It was a two napkin burger! Super juicy and very tasty.

So we’d been hiking all morning and were starving by the time we dropped in so that may be part of it but this was the best burger I’ve ever had. My sister got the Brie chicken burger and it was equally delicious. Service was quick and friendly. Will be back next time I’m in Jasper.

Nothing but great things to say about the Olive Bistro! All their staff were very friendly and attentive. We even had the chef come out to our table to help answer our questions about the menu! They offered tons of dishes that had been sourced from local farms which was wonderful to see as we always try to support the local community.Delicious food and yummy cocktails, we will definitely be returning!

Amazing view.. great service by both the host ( I believe was the owner) and our server was very friendly and very sweet! Service was quick even though it was busy… food was top notch… but loved the experience

Been meaning to write a review for this place since I took my wife there back in May.This place was awesome, best dining experience we had while in Jasper. Food was fantastic - one of the best steaks I’ve ever eaten.So often I find restaurants that tout “farm to table” as an excuse for overpriced small portions. The price point was upper end dining but we were both very satisfied with the meal.The view on the patio is great and the fire table was perfect. If you want a nice dinner spot for your lady cal ahead and book the fire table outside.Ended up chatting with the owner sitting at another table (unbeknownst to us at the time). Was friendly and clearly passionate about the place.As I said was the best dining experience we had while in Jasper. I wish I went back there all 3 nice dinners out compared to the other mediocre ones we had after.

This was a majorly disappointing dining experience. My friend wasn't informed of what the market steak involved, neither the cut nor the price. The sides of their choice weren't available and they weren't asked if they wanted to order something else. The server mentioned a couple of times that the mushroom tagliatelle was very truffle forward but there was barely any truffle in it. Maybe they were having an off day, but definitely not up to the mark.

I had an amazing time at the restaurant.The food was delicious. I ordered gnocchi with bison meat. It tasted like a gnocchi made in Italy.Furthermore, the atmosphere was fantastic!The service was awesome.I definitely recommend this place for everyone who is visiting Jasper.

Beautiful little place. It was comfy and the food was delicious. I had the Raclette burger and my wife the Cubano. With a nice refreshing craft lager. I do highly recommend the raclette burger .
