So what do need most from the Federal Government? Most of the time it has something to do with the Canada Revenue Agency; after all, we all want to know the details about our money. What isn't available from this or any other Service Canada Centre are answers dealing with income taxes. Why isn't that service available; who knows. Just more Federal Government NONSENSE.

The receptionists are friendly and helpful. The others? Not so much. If they acted that way while working for me, they be gone within 4 hours.

This is a no service Canada. We went there only to have people trying to get in, because the door was locked but there were people inside ignoring us outside. The sign stated they were open. If the employees don't want to deal with customers maybe they should at least put up a sign stating they are closed.

The people who work here have been so helpful with all my questions and issues regarding my maternity/parental leave. It can be frustrating that there's only so much they can do but that's not their fault, it's just the system that's set up by Service Canada. They definitely do the best they can and have stayed late with me several days to try and help me.
