How do they get it wrong so often?Third time I asked for a sausage farmers wrap and they’ve given me something else completely. A wrap half the size even though I paid for the farmers wrap. Incredibly disappointed. Would not recommend this TimHortons to anyone… so frustrating.

I found the table a sticky mess. Wouldn’t recommend going in after 7:30 pm as they clean the grills etc and the place smells like burnt toast. Seating is pretty good.

Ordered 2 London Fogs. Yet they tasted different and had very different amounts of liquid in each cup. Didn't realize that until we were back on the road of course so I'll take a small bit of blame on that... I know it's all hustle and bustle in the kitchen...but that kind of a discrepancy should not happen. Bit disappointed today Timmies...

I went to Tim's today after work! I was so tired and wanted to treat myself. I got Smiled cookies on the recommendation of a staff member named Komal. She was such a nice and polite girl! The cookies were so good that they made my day. Thanks! I will be back soon!

The morning staff in this location are fantastic and super friendly, I stop here every morning before work since moving into the neighborhood. However I'm only leaving a 2* rating because no matter how many times I ask for my bagel to be toasted... (double/triple toast.. to the extent that I have outright told them to burn it) - it STILL comes back to me barely warm and lacking butter. Please teach your staff how to properly toast and butter a bagel.. I am utterly tired of being disappointed day after day.. to the point I am considering going elsewhere.

Cold food, confused staff, not very personable. About what I expected, don't go to fast food places often as it's always terrible...if only it could look and taste as they advertise on the tele... right?? Sometimes it's justnecessary ..barf
