WELL Health - Care Place Fleetwood Medical Clinic

Terrible clinic, receptionists are so rude. My father had an appointment last week and they called me and cancelled the appointment and they told me he can come next week without any appointments. I told them I know the rules, are you Sure" he does not need any appointments to come in?! They said yes he can come anytime next week. And today when he went there they said no you can not. We are full. And they don't even accept their mistake. I even told them last week my father is running out of his medicines and he really needs to see the doctor. But yeah. No respect."

Front desk lady was arguing and was trying to deflect my visit. She made me feel un welcomed in front of all the patients. Don’t government pay them for these services which comes out of our taxes. Maybe this clinic needs to re evaluate the front desk to see is they really are fit for reception job.

Recently I have visited them two time in last two weeks to book a same day appointment and the clinic is not following the posted schedule or the modified schedule that is posted for specific days. There was a long queue of people waiting to get an appointment and the clinic personnel appears to be indifferent to humans need. It is getting difficult to get doctors here, so I would recommend to stop wasting their time in queue and find a walk in clinic elsewhere.

What a waste of time and money. I am new to the country and don’t have a car yet so I just spent 30$ on an Uber to the clinic just for the receptionist to tell me they are not accepting walk ins, even though I checked their website prior to getting there and it said they were open. Very unprofessional clinic. Never had a good experience here.

If you are short in time, do not go. Even though you got the appointment, still need to wait more than an hour or two past the appointment time.Also, there is some weird stuff happened. Received appointment text even didn’t book appointment. After confirming, went to the clinic and was told there’s no such appointment. It happened twice already. Also the text confirmation says no show charge is $40, how about showed but being turned back. Should I charge something?

Dr Tadros is incompetent. I explained that I’ve had consistent whooshing in my ear for months and months. He spends 30 seconds looking my my ear canal and says no special cream, see another dr here. What??? This is the issue with Canadian health care. He is a DOCTOR. I could easily look in my ear myself and see there’s no blockage with an ear camera on Amazon. Doing my own research told me that there could be many conditions that have this symptom but he’s too lazy to spend more than 30 seconds on a patient to try and figure out what may be the cause. He should retire if he doesn’t care to put in the work. Our government should not be paying him big bucks to be dismissive and incompetent.

Summary: had an efficient experience and got the prescription I needed._____________________________________Went in this morning for a walk in since can't do it over the phone the first time.I was first in and the receptionist took my information without problem. Once checked in I got a text showing my expected appointment time (7:45). So that's typical of walk in where you wait around until you're called.I saw Dr. Muncy and explained my symptoms to her. She took time to check my breath sounds, throat, etc. I felt like I was heard during the appointment. She even asked if I needed a Dr.'s note for work just in case my work needed one.Overall I was in and out in about an hour which is pretty good. I've had longer wait times at other places. Would recommend coming in again if needed.

Today I visited the clinic WELL Health. I am an immigrant and I don't speak English very well. The receptionist refused to accept me, explaining that the doctor has principles and does not accept people from other countries. Although there were other foreigners in the line besides me who were accepted. I have insurance, I work and pay taxes. And it was a very humiliating and unpleasant experience. I didn't expect that in Canada it is even possible to divide people by nationality. It humiliates the profession of a doctor. I do not recommend this place to anyone and I will complain about this clinic.

The receptionist are nice and polite. I'm sure the facility and doctors are great as well. This is why i gave 3 stars and not 1. However; I didn't get past the front, because they charge $250+ to get a simple drivers medical form filled out (which takes 5 -10 mins to complete). When i informed them it seemed very high compared to others, they told me that private clinics can charge any amount they want and all clinics are different. While do understand how each private facilities rates differ, most places charge under $150!. I drove 10 mins down the road to 64th and 144 sullivan medical and they charged me $100. This clinic seems to be not aware of the multiple surrounding medical clinic rates for similar forms, or they are charging 2x or more out of pure greed. What ever happened to offering competitive rates? I wouldn't waste your money here, as this is an outrageous price, compared to everyone else. You can save $150 and go to sullivan heights medical clinic. Or most other clinics, and save over $100. Everyone seems cheaper by almost half... Don't just assume this is normal rate! They are ripping off the community they serve. Don't support businesses that gouge the community for a bigger profit! There was once a time, when businees cared about what the community thought about them! The company name use to mean someone. Now its all profit. Do your research before you waste your money.

I was glad that I was able to locate a clinic that takes walk-ins and is open on the weekends. But whoever was the receptionist, who opened the clinic door at 8:30AM on Sunday, September 11, 2022 was so rude. I came in to register as a new patient and explained my reason for visiting and she just started arguing with me. It was a humiliating experience, especially with a long line up of other patients waiting in line to check in. I have been to several other clinics and this one has to be the worst for me. As the face and voice of this clinic, this receptionist represents it poorly and negatively, and gives the impression that the rest of the staff are just like her. I would only attempt to come back if this clinic is the last option for me. I would not recommend it to others but to those who plan on visiting, good luck because your experience may be different—or not.As noted by another reviewer, there are customer service workshops that this company can provide to their staff.
