What a fantastic little shop. They have everything you might want from a sustainable shop and more. I've shopped both in person and online, which are both organized, well-stocked, and provide clear product descriptions. The staff are so sweet and helpful. Very grateful to have this shop in our neighbourhood! (P.s. it always smells amazing inside).

Love this shop! Have been in person and for curbside pick up, some very affordable items to help us replace toxic and unhealthy products from our homes. Website was clear, and the staff are friendly. My new favourite home store in Toronto! Also love the Junction and any excuse to get there.

This store has so many interesting items. However, I was unhappy with the customer service and store policy this morning.I asked for a refill of lotion. The person behind the counter (there were two people working) told me “one sec”, which was fine, but then I waited about 5 minutes while they worked on the computer.I then asked the price of an ostrich duster I wanted to buy because it was unclear whether it was the small or medium size (floor prices showed them at $22 or $32). I was told the one I chose was $40. When I told them the prices shown were $22 and $32, after checking further, the second staff person told me the one I wanted was a new product (cream ostrich feathers rather than black).I was willing to pay $32 (although it was still unclear that it was a medium size), but out of principle not $40, as the advertised prices were $22, $32, or $50 (S, M, L).Note to the store manager: if you have not priced an item (correctly) on the floor, do not have it on the floor.

Such a beautiful store to browse with great products. Cost can often be a barrier to making your home more sustainable and I was very happy to find products that made sense both financially and environmentally.

I love this shop. It’s run by a truly awesome woman and a great team. I go here for all my green cleaning supplies and I’m so grateful they allow refills/ bulk / so many options. They also carry lots of local makers’ products which I love.Their perseverance and dedication to customers throughout the pandemi* has been incredibly admirable.

Im so glad this kind of shop exists. I appreciate their commitment to sustainability. I like knowing that i Can redice my plastic consumption by getting refills of soap and detergent here. Also lovely items that make great gifts.
