Being part of the LWH tribe has helped me develop a whole new look on exercise. I now look at it as a stress relief and a good way to keep my body healthy and moving rather than a diet. Hannah is also phenomenal at personalizing workouts. She’s so flexible that midway through my month program she changed my workouts to suit my injury and help me recover that way. She concentrates on form and importance of lifting properly than lifting heavy. It’s more than an exercise program, it’s mindset, habits and a lifestyle.
