Badlands Paintball & Airsoft Store Vancouver

Awesome store with amazing staff. Andrew and Antonio are awesome to deal with. They both are very friendly and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend anyone from beginner to pro to stop in and check out the store.

Was really easy to get my first set of gear for paintball! The person that had helped me was really nice and pretty knowledgeable (mike i think), as I was kind" of new to paint balling. Although everything went smoothly

Such an amazing store. I have gone in multiple times for various reasons and have always come out happy and pleased with the service. The selection of products is also amazing and I use it for all my airsoft needs. Thank you Badlands for being an amazing store!

Can't really rate store yet as I'm still waiting for response. Can't post a review unless you click on stars" so I just clicked on 3-stars. Dropped off a gun for evaluation (before repair) will be 2 weeks tomorrow. I was told they were busy with a promise to call in a few days ... now 13 days & counting with no contact. Guess I'm too patient. Will edit this review tomorrow when I contact them ... or if they are wise & read the reviews maybe they will call me. Upgraded to 4-stars today as I received a call on my gun with a friendly explanation (guess they read review?). Waiting for a part for my Tippmann. Despite a lengthy delay

Andrew was extremely knowledgeable, and seemed to actually care about me getting exactly what i needed and wanted. I had also ordered a bolt for a older marker and it turned out the bolt was not correct. When i phoned to explain my situation he was very understanding and promptly sent an email back east to try and find the proper bolt. He said he would keep me updated and he did. I received a phone call saying that he had found one and it was being shipped in. It is very hard to come accross a company and employee that cares that much about the customers experience. Also, in a industry that you can find most things online. I will definitely be going back to deal with Andrew as he treated me more like a friend then a customer which is a quality that is dieing.

By far the best experience I've had looking at paintball and airsoft gear. Andrew who helped me was helpful and knowledgeful. The thing I must note is that my experience felt non intimidating unlike other airsoft shops I have been to. There were also no feelings of being pressured into making a decision/purchase which I really appreciated. Thumbs up for me and probably my new go to store!

Awesome place. Great locations to get your hands on some markers before you buy them. Andrew and the other person they had working when I was there did an awesome job with customer service, and both were very knowledgable about the history of their products and current features. Can't reccomend this place enough.

Stepping into paintball these staff at Badlands Paintball Vancouver were absolutely fantastic. Very knowledgeable and patient making sure I made the most informed, best decision. Andrew the manager was very friendly and helpful. Couldn't recommend this place more.

When I went in to get some topical advice on repairing an empire axe the guy behind the counter, pegged me for a dollar sign, or lack thereof, and said they couldn't do anything or answer any simple questions unless I brought my gun into their shop for repairs. Knowing this was ridiculous I went on youtube for 20 mins and learned what I needed and diagnosed the problem myself. After ordering the part from them I waited two months for it to come in, but when I got there it was the wrong part. (They should know these parts well enough to ask the right questions when ordering!!) After ordering the right" part I WAITED FOR TEN MONTHS.. to no avail. (Every-time 'I' called to check in on the part
