I love pizza nova. Soft dough. Fresh sauce and toppings. I bought a large for dinner as my wife said she was not hungry. Lo and behold when I got home, she smelled it and ate half of it. So it was a hit!

We ordered 2 pizzas, wings and wedges with dip. They burnt 1 pizza. It was so dry by the time we took a bite. Wings were definitely over cooked to the point we were eating skins and bones. The wedges were dark…. We ordered two dip sauces… creamy garlic and pesto… they didn’t care enough to call to say they don’t have pesto.. they threw in a dill. Do not order if your trying to have a good night out. Don’t do it. Save your money

So we order a large pizza, trying to feed my daughters.Pizza shows up and it's missing a entire slice..... I called customer service and they said they didn't believe me.... like I have nothing better to do with my time then try and scam a single slice of pizza from you guys lol what a complete joke...

Ordered a large combo came in to pick it up guy gave me the wrong amount of change back and made me feel like I'm crazy then he realized his mistake and gave me my change back and also didn't give me dipping sauces which I paid for.May 6th, 2022

We ordered X Large 3 topping pizza. We got a paper thin pizza it was unreal. Please be warned as they use dough from Medium size to make it so thin and save on dough. We will Never again order from Pizza Nova. Worst experience and pure scam.Everyone be wanted and always ask them to use the correct size dough.

We ordered our pizza at 11:00 pm our order was over $100 we didnt get our order untill 12:30 am and the 2 pizza freezing cold and chicken wings uncooked we called customer services many times and they put us on hold for another 1 hour and what they said is sorry???? I do not recomend this location or even the PIZZA NOVA to anyone. Here is the picture......very bad very bad again we will never order pizza nove again
