I've visited this napa store quite a few times over the years but I've never had better service than I did here probably just over a month ago. As an older lady I'm used to being ignored in part stores or mechanic shops but as soon as I walked in I was greeted warmly by a woman who was eager to help me despite the store being extremely busy at the time. I never caught her name or the other friendly man at the desk but I will definitely be returning when I need something, Thank you napa

Blew a wheel bearing coming from Lloydminster heading to the mountains. Had to stop for the night and try to get my parts and a shop that can fix it on a Saturday. The guys at NAPA went out of their way to call every shop and found one to get us on our way. Couldn't have asked for better service

Fritz and Doug are great to deal with and both recognized me from seperate, outside interactions and are both very kind and eager to help. This store, more often than not has what I'm looking for in stock.
