We love it here...it is huge with a great variety of food and activities. Most of the time the theatre is quite empty unless the movie is very popular like Guardians of the Galaxy 3, bc awesome! But I always find the seats I like where I have room and am in front of the crowd. Lots of parking.

This doesn't even deserve one star!! This theater has the worst customer service I have ever experienced! We're long time customers been going here for 10+ years and they pulled the last straw. Bought tickets online at 6am for a 8pm DBOX show. We show up only to find out the auditorium was being renovated. They had 14 hours to give notice. Honestly I shouldn't have been able to purchase tickets. They didn't notify us or compensate us. The manager Jackie B. told us to come back the next day to speak with the other manager. We come back the next day and the other manager Cole A.told us that it has to be the same day for them to help us. But we were there on the same day and they still refused to help us. This is how they treat their loyal customers??☹️Makes me want to cry! I'll travel the extra distance and go somewhere else!!!

Quick and easy service and movie was great. Walk in, and there are plenty of kiosks for gathering tickets. Kiosks are easy to use and understand. Small line for concession, but the line moved quickly. Very friendly gentleman at the desk to check tickets. He gave clean and clear directions to the door for the movie I was seeing. Bathrooms were fairly clean.

This was the first visit to this location. Staff is friendly and helpful. The popcorn was nice and freshly popped. It was nice to see that the theatre was clean and not sticky considering the volume of people that were in.

Box office was self serve. Very clean facilities from lobby, to theatre to washrooms, though a couple of the urinals in the North washroom did not flush either by sensor or manually. Screen on auditorium 5 has a scuff mark mid centre upper right. Sound was excellent.

Good Movie experience, went to watch the new Mario movie and the UltraAVX auditorium was awesome with the seats and the sound etc.Got charged $3+tax for the buy one get one admission free coupon but it was worth the price with the quality and maintenance of the place.Psst... pop corn was also good with optional butter top up on the way to the screen.

It's a good entertainment Cinema place, we went for a birthday Party, they have good size kids party room to accommodate 15kids+ 7-10 adults. They have loot bags too if you wanna buy. Theaters is clean, spacious, Just the sound system was too loud for me

Really good atmosphere, I've been going here for 15 years +. The staff, environment and food is top notch. I usually only go out to watch a film I know is good or know I'll like it, so no complaints about the movie's shown, haha. Friendly workers and a good place to go with your family.

Nice big movie theatre in Newmarket, watched Shazam on Friday, April 7 at 3:20pm. The problem here is that no one follows the seating arrangement here compared to the other movie theatres. Sometimes it gets really frustrating when someone doesn't follow but it's even more unpleasant when they react negatively to being asked to move out of our seat. It can be hard to enjoy a movie when you're feeling uncomfortable or stressed, and it's unfortunate that this person's behavior had a negative impact on our experience of watching Shazam.

Been coming to this theatre since I was little.Reclining seats, great sound, large arcade, expensive food & drink (as always).I do wish that when you purchase your tickets online (with a small fee) that they would put the reserved covers on those spots so you don't have to ask people to move.
