I made express shipment on june 9th its 22th june now still did not receive parcelThey know type of shipment, at-least medicines should be prioritized but at the end who caresIt was updated in the tracking system parcel will be delivered on 21 june before 5PM then updated before 8 PMGarbage service

I had a shipping with FedEx, I was home all they expecting the important package. The driver without trying to buzz or knock just left a note and took my package to this centre 20km far from my home, even though there is another drop of centre very close to my house. I waited a week but they didn’t attempt to deliver again and I had to drive all the way to this centre. There was a big lineup, guess many had same experience, but the only 2 staffs there were very responsive and working hard to serve customers as quickly as they could.

the reviews are true. they held a christmas gift for 3 weeks. no attempted delivery though they claim they did. my cameras say otherwise. they said they emailed me, but that is not true. a few days later I had a delivery that never came, apparently it was damaged and would not be coming at all. a few days later again, another delivery now has an exception" and there are no details and no explanation what that means or if it will even come. all 3 times I have had to call in and nobody has an answer or knows the reasons behind any of this. and had I not made these calls

Terrible customer service from their manager, he spoke to me very rudely like I was stupid which I did not appreciate. I simply made a mistake shipping out an item, all you need to do is speak kindly to customers.

Did not leave package at door as requested, so went out of my way to this depot after receiving ready for pickup message and they said it wasn’t there, as it was going out for another delivery attempt despite door tag saying final attempt.Very frustrating experience and not even an apology from the front desk worker about the run around and still no package.

Better get used to this pick up center because Fedex will never get your package to you. They just drive by your house and stick a sticker on your door and then leave the package here.They don't even have a pick up location in Vancouver. You need to drive to a different city.

This company is a joke. Delay, delay, delay, while my package sits in the Burnaby warehouse. Every morning it is ready to go, and 4pm marked as delayed. Then they decide to send me a pickup notification. Paid for overnight shipping from Ontario and no delivery in 5 business days. No attempt to even deliver it. Isn’t that part of being a package delivery company???

Terrible service. Apparently the drivers are not able to read and they are not bother to call the buzzer. Only leave the door tag. And it's only Fedex that has such problems. Apparently other carriers do not have such problems. Coincidence? Highly unlikely.

No delivery attempt made, receive a message asking me to pick up the package from Burnaby.This is not the first time they have done this. And, everytime they do that, I have to drive all the way from DT to Burnaby. Their service is the worst.
