5 out of 5 *****The girls at the front desk are excellent when it comes to customer service always accommodating their clients.They are very knowledgeable and simply wonderful people that make you feel very comfortable and at home.There seem to be over a dozen well kept rooms and I have been in two of them on different yet similar beds.It was a completely different experience from what I remember many years ago with little air flow and lots of heat...The a/c fans are more than adequate to keep you from feeling like you are in an oven!The special face lamps that are in the beds are fantastic.I have now been 4 or 5 times and have maintained my tan from a December vacation and highly recommend this establishment!Dean T

Best tanning salon. I’ve been coming to this one since high school. I live in Hamilton now and still make the trip to this specific salon. The employees are incredibly kind and knowledgeable when it comes to their beds. They also are great at remembering customers and what they like. I couldn’t see myself going anywhere else.Highly recommend

They offer great" "sterling silver" jewellery for $80+ and it is not as offered or advertised. It tarnished and turned my finger green within less than a week. When asked

Great experience at Sun Haven! Came here from another local salon that was dropping the ball left and right...instantly felt the difference when walking in here. Friendly staff, patient, great bed selection - and open on time as they claim! Coming back ASAP!
