I had the pleasure of dealing with Christina. She was very polite, knowledgable and made my experience quite enjoyable.

This location compared to the other location I had a great experience the attendant was very helpful I wish I could remember her name but she helped me in every way I I could have deserve to be helped try to find me a deal whatever you want to be had give me instructions on the different types of material to be used and yes I need the job at hand that I was about to do very easy so I gave her actually I'm going to give this one 5

Have to say I go to Dulux alot for work and they are just a prize every single time. Lately I've been going to the one on Dougall and tec because I'm working downtown and Lori and Christine have just been a huge helpful delight. Knowledgable. Friendly. Above and beyond customer service in my book. And that goes for every single Dulux I have visited in the Windsor area. Highly recommend. The people make it such a easy task to get the job done with zero stress ! Thank you guys!

Today I had Karissa help me out and she was an absolute doll! She was extremely patient with me and my indecisive ways lol and she had great knowledge of absolutely everything that I needed. She also assisted in the best way possible with cost. Last but not least, the way she assisted with lifting 8 cans of paint into the cab trunk was sooo helpful of her! I appreciate her a TON!! Thank you Karissa!!

The staff are so friendly and helpful it's always a good shopping experience. Love using my CAA Card for discounts too.

Great service. Staff solved all my problems and made sure everything was done properly (got all the right paint and primer for the job) and billed properly. Very confident in the experience and knowledge of the staff here. Will be coming here from now on.

The Dougall location is staffed by consumate professionals. The store is clean bright and well stocked, and laid out well. I only trust the ladies at this location to match my paints. They have keen eyes, and are friendly and professional. They have a high level of product knowledge and have many times saved my bacon with sage advice and tips. Highly recommended

They have good prices for their members

Would not recommend this store. It took over 25 minutes to get one can of paint. There were two people working and only one person in front of me who was being helped by the male customer service representative. The lady Lori (who I think was the manager) was all over the place trying to micro manage the male worker, going to the back to make a phone call (to a customer), and trying to hold conversations with every person who came behind me instead of taking care of the customer who was waiting there the longest and was standing there first. How about taking care of the person who is in front of you? It should never take 25 minutes for one can of paint when your store is not busy. When someone new came into the store and the male worker was helping him she literally stopped helping me to have a conversation with him and try and set him up with an account. Seriously get your stuff together and focus on helping one person at a time as they come into the store. Also being called Hon" repeatedly is annoying and very unprofessional. Especially because of corona virus people should limit the time they spend indoors in small areas. This store is small and they take way to long to help people. Will not be going back. Very disappointed!"

Product knowledge isn't bad, paint prices are moderate, but the service speed is ideal if you're paid by the hour or are looking for a good excuse to not be on site for a while.There were two people working, and I still waited over 15min in line and couldn't manage to buy a roller handle. I walked to Dollarama to save time.
